What is a Regional Qualifier?

These shows are open to athletes of all levels and backgrounds. Whether you're chasing your IFBB Pro card, preparing to step on stage for the first time, showcasing your hard earned body transformation, or competing as a seasoned athlete, this is your opportunity to shine and celebrate your dedication and progress.

Bring your energy, passion, and commitment to the stage, and make the experience even more memorable by inviting your family and friends to cheer you on and support you on your big day. From first time competitors to more experience athletes, everyone is welcome to be part of an inspiring and unforgettable event atmosphere.

*If you've never competed with us before we have a first timers class at every regional qualifier. This is for athletes who have not competed with this NPC before. This is always a great class to enter as all the athletes are at the same NPC competing journey.

What is a Pro Qualifier?

These shows are where IFBB Pro cards are awarded. You must compete in a regional qualifier in the country you live in prior to competing in a pro qualifier.

DIVISIONS

There are 3 men's divisions:

• Men's Bodybuilding
• Men's Classic Physique
• Men's Physique

And 7 female divisions:

• Fitness
• Women's Bodybuilding
• Women's Physique
• Figure
• Wellness
• Bikini
• Fit Model

CLASSES

And within each division, you have classes:

• True Novice (only available at regional qualifiers) - Not competed within the NPC
• Novice - An athlete who has not won an overall
• Junior - An athlete who is 18 - 23 years old at the time of competing.
• Masters +35 - An athlete who is 35 years and older at the time of competing.
• Masters +40 - An athlete who is 40 years and older at the time of competing.
• Masters +45 - An athlete who is 45 years and older at the time of competing.
• Masters +50 - An athlete who is 50 years and older at the time of competing.
• Open - This class is based on height / weight and is the only class which will proceed to the overall.

*You are able to compete in as many classes as you wish as long as you fit the criteria.
