Rules for competing with 2Bros in 2024.

1. All open and natural regional shows are available for all athletes to compete in.

2. If you live in the UK, you must participate in a regional qualifier to fulfil your regional requirement before competing in a pro qualifier in the same year. The UK consists or England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

3. International Athletes - If there are no regional qualifiers in your country prior to a pro qualifier internationally, you are able to register direct without participating in a regional qualifier. Although you must have competed in a regional qualifier in 2023 in your country of residence.

4. If you live in Denmark or Finland, you must participate in a regional qualifier in your country to fulfil your regional requirement before competing in a pro qualifier.

5. If you live in Norway, you are able to to participate in a regional qualifier in either Norway, Finland or Denmark to fulfil your regional requirement before competing in a pro qualifier.

6. If you are competing in a natural event, athletes will be randomly selected to provide a urine sample on the day of the event.

7. Competing in a Pro Qualifier does not qualify you to compete in any other Pro Qualifier.

8. The class definitions for true novice and novice are all advisory class definitions. Juniors and Masters will be checked at registration and are strictly adhered to.

9. Each athlete is able to transfer to another show only once with an admin fee of £25.

10. You are able to add additional classes to your current registration by completing the online form again on the website ensuring you use the same details from your original registration so you are not charged for your stage glaze twice.

11. There are 3 UK open regionals which will include women's bodybuilding, women's physique and fitness - 23rd March, 31st August and 5th October. There will be 1 natural regional for the above divisions which will be on 16th November.

Class Definitions (effective 1st August 2023)

True Novice - An athlete who has never competed in a NPC bodybuilding competition.

Novice - An athlete who has never won an overall in the Open class.

Junior - An athlete who is 18 - 23 years old at the time of competing.

Masters +35 - An athlete who is 35 years and older at the time of competing.

Masters +40 - An athlete who is 40 years and older at the time of competing.

Masters +45 - An athlete who is 45 years and older at the time of competing.

Open - This class is based on height / weight and is the only class which will proceed to the overall.
