FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do children need a ticket for the event? Under 14’s are free entry, so no need to purchase a ticket on the website.  

Will I receive a ticket in the post? No. Your ticket is your email confirmation/receipt. Please show this at the ticket office when you arrive for the event.  

What time will the event finish? We’re unable to provide a time the event will end. This all depends on how the event runs on the day.  

Will I be able to stay with the person competing? You will be able to stay with the athlete competing if you purchase a coach pass.  

What does the coach pass entitle me to? The coach pass will be your entry into the event with access to the athlete holding area. 

Can I have a refund if i’m unable to attend? Unfortunately, all tickets are non-refundable or re-sellable.  

What should I do if I delete my confirmation email? We’ll be able to find your ticket details on the day by searching your name and email address. Please bring proof of identity. 

Someone else purchased my ticket. What do I do if I cant get the email confirmation? Every ticket is registered to an individual. As long as you have proof of identity, the name of the person who purchased the ticket along with their email address, we’ll be able to accept this as your ticket. 

I haven’t received my email confirmation, what do I do? Firstly, please check all junk and spam folders. If you still haven’t received your email confirmation, please lets us know using the form below.

Will I be able to purchase tickets at the door? Yes you will. There will be a ticket price increase on the door.
